Zero Emission House

The "Zero Emission House" displayed at the Hokkaido Toyako Summit (July 7 to 9, 2008) was built under the auspices of the Agency for Natural Resources and Energy/Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) by Sekisui House in cooperation with the New Energy and Industrial Technology Development Organization (NEDO), the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology (AIST), and the New Energy Foundation (NEF).
It has been rebuilt at Sekisui House's Zero Emission Center in Koga City, Ibaraki Prefecture, which is open to the public as a Next Generation Energy Park.
